Notare isn’t open sign-up in the ordinary sense — you’re here because someone who already uses it shared a link or your email with us, or you signed up directly knowing what it is. Right now, Notare is for people 18 and older only — sign-up asks your date of birth to confirm that, and we can’t create an account for anyone younger yet.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Use a real name and email; the people you’re working with need to know who they’re actually talking to.

Whatever you record, write, or send through Notare is still yours. Using Notare to send it just means you’re allowing us to store it and deliver it to whoever you sent it to — nothing more. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t use Notare to send anything abusive, harassing, or illegal.

Reviewers give feedback in their own voice, at their own judgment — Notare doesn’t write, edit, or vouch for what a reviewer says, and isn’t responsible for its accuracy or usefulness. We also can’t guarantee a reviewer will respond by any particular time.

This is an active pilot, not a finished product — features change, and things can break. We do our best to keep your data safe and the app working, but Notare is provided without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from using it, beyond what the law requires.

We can pause or remove an account that misuses Notare — sending abusive content, attempting to access someone else’s data, or similar. You can stop using Notare, or ask us to delete your account, at any time — see how to delete your data.

This is a small, active pilot, and these terms may be updated as the product changes. Anything material will be communicated directly to active participants.
