NotareDelete your data
To have your Notare account and everything in it permanently deleted, email hello@getnotare.com from the address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my data.” No form, no login required — a plain email is enough.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, instrument, institution, bio, headshot), every recording you sent or received, every mark and comment on them, voice notes, message threads, and your sign-in info — including the link to your Google or Facebook account, if you used one to sign in.
What happens to a reviewer's notes on your recordings
If someone reviewed a recording of yours, the notes they wrote are theirs too — we remove your identifying information from them, rather than deleting a reviewer’s own work without their knowledge.
How long it takes
We confirm the request by email, then complete it within a few days.
